  • We offer a choice of payment methods for your convenience.
  • We can offer flexible appointment times.
  • You will receive copies of significant documents and correspondence.
  • We will do our best to return your calls the same day.
  • We will deal with letters and act on your instructions promptly and tell you if we are unable to do so.
  • Our letters to you will be written and our advice will be given in plain English. Any essential ‘jargon’ will be explained.
  • We will give you our best estimate of total cost at the outset of your case and will revise this estimate periodically and on request.
  • In the event that the solicitor responsible for your case is unable to keep an appointment you will be advised as soon as possible and given the opportunity to see someone else or to rearrange the appointment.
