Consequences of non-disclosure

In the case of Kremen v Agrest on the 19th January 2012 the family division considered the effect of the husband’s material non-disclosure of financial matters.

The parties were married in Russia in 1991. They have two children and when the youngest was 4 they entered into a post nuptial agreement which was signed in Israel and later approved by an Israeli Court.
