The Partners at 1st Solicitors celebrate their 1st anniversary this week.

We have come along way in the last 12 months and the name of 1st Solicitors is already recognised throughout the borough of Stafford alongside much older firms. We have recovered in excess of £1.75 million in compensation for personal injury clients. We have had support from past clients who have followed us as well as new clients. The volume of new business has exceeded all expectations. We have already taken in additional support staff and will be shortly taking on a new Fee Earner.

We set out last year to offer something different in legal services; more client focussed. Our client’s received the same attention and reception from our support staff at any time during office hours from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and are happy to see clients at other times at prior arrangement.

Our comfortable client’s sitting room has received lots of compliments and clients appreciate our openness with regard to costs and financial information.

Of those who have responded to our client’s satisfaction questionnaire, 80% are “very satisfied” with our overall service and 20% fairly satisfied, 100% said that they have been kept up to date “very well” with progress of their case and 83% are likely or certain to recommend us.
